We ship every Daylia order from the US with tracking. Orders of two or more bags ship free.

We currently ship to addresses in the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii and APO/FPO addresses.
Orders are processed on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding US holidays). Once your order ships, you'll get an email with a tracking number.
Delivery times vary by carrier and destination. If your tracking hasn't updated for several days, email us and we'll look into it.
Need to change your shipping address? Email [email protected] with your order number right away. We can update it as long as the order hasn't shipped.
If your package is marked delivered but you can't find it, check with neighbours and your building's mail area, then email us. If it arrives damaged or something is missing, email us within 14 days of delivery with a photo. We'll replace it or refund you.
