Who Can Order

You must be 18 or older and able to enter a binding contract. Our products are sold for personal use in the United States.

About the Product

Daylia is a dietary supplement. It is not a medicine. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Not for use by anyone under 18, or if pregnant or nursing. Ask a doctor before use with kidney or liver problems or any medical condition, or with any prescription drug, especially blood thinners such as warfarin (contains vitamin K). Creatine can raise creatinine on blood tests. Contains collagen from beef (bovine). Do not use with a beef or gelatin allergy or alpha-gal syndrome. Keep out of reach of children.

Orders and Payment

• Prices are in US dollars and shown at checkout before you pay. Sale prices, where shown, compare against our regular list price.
• Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we ship. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example for suspected fraud or a pricing error, and will refund anything already charged.
• You agree to give accurate payment and shipping information. Your card is charged when the order is placed. Add-ons accepted after checkout are charged to the same card.
• Every purchase is a one-time payment. We do not enrol you in automatic refills or a subscription.

Shipping, Refunds and Our Promise

Using the Site

• Everything on the Site (text, images, design, logos) belongs to us or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse it without permission.
• Don't misuse the Site: no automated scraping, no attempts to break in, no false orders.
• We may change or stop any part of the Site at any time.

Disclaimers and Limits

The Site and products are provided "as is". To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties not stated here, and our total liability for any claim connected to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Some states don't allow certain limits, so some of this section may not apply to you.

Disputes

If something goes wrong, email us first at [email protected]. Most problems are fixed in one reply. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of [State], United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Orders are governed by the terms in force when you place them.
